100 Sit-Ups, 100 Push-Ups, 100 Squats, and a 10km run. Every day. For three years. This 36-month course will require intense dedication. Nearly every week will also pose an additional challenge on top of the daily regimen. Those who make it to the end will be true heroes.

This program simulates training under gravity that is heavier than the gravity of earth. Working through this program requires great strength and endurance.
